General conditions of sales
(Digital Products & Coaching Services)

By purchasing a digital product, online program, or coaching service, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale.

Digital products are delivered electronically and are intended solely for the purchaser's personal use. All content, materials, methods, and resources remain the exclusive intellectual property of the seller and may not be reproduced, shared, distributed, or resold without prior written authorization.

Coaching services are provided for educational, informational, and personal development purposes. The seller undertakes to provide services with professional diligence but does not guarantee any specific results, as outcomes depend on the customer's individual efforts and circumstances.

In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, customers purchasing digital content expressly consent to immediate access or download of the product and acknowledge that this may result in the loss of their statutory right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

 

For coaching services, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within fourteen (14) days of purchase unless the service has been fully performed at the customer's request before the withdrawal period expires.

The seller's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service. The seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products or services.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Customer information is used solely for the management of orders, services, and business communications.

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
